The Customer Supply Region Coordinator reports to the Director, Supply Chain as part of the Global SCM Planning and Digitalization (PD) Team. This role works to improve all aspects of driving the right product to the right place at the right time with a focus on enhancing communication and driving forecast accuracy with the Region, while coordinating the tactical mitigation and resolution of supply interruptions impacting customers. As the person in this role, you will:
Act as the single point-of-contact for the Region to drive the resolution of customer supply interruptions and address escalations by coordinating closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Franchise teams.
Support the Demand analysis process with a focus on identifying and managing forecast exceptions and corresponding mitigations with the Region – to ultimately improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Franchise teams to support the implementation of product allocation strategies for the Region while ensuring alignment with Region forecast accuracy.
Assess the communication needs of the Region and their customers and execute on methods to fulfill those needs in alignment with overall communication strategies for the commercial organization.
Provide SME project support and Region insight for initiatives such as Global Allocation Automation and Product Reservation strategies.
Contribute to the optimization of global replenishment cycles, transportation spend, and reduction in product scrap.

You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you show team and customer orientation, working effectively across functional and geographical boundaries.
You demonstrate understanding of the interdependencies between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics.
Have a strong customer-focused mindset with the goal to continuously improve customer service levels.
Are familiar with typical supply chain health metrics, e.g., forecast accuracy, LIFR, OTIF.
Experience in Power BI/Qlik Sense and other visualization tools as well as Microsoft 365 Suite.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Customer Order Management or similar functions
CRM, Sales, or Marketing experience in a Region/Zone environment
Have a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Strong SAP or similar ERP system experience
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent follow through and results oriented
