Product Manager - Globalization Platform

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify pain points in the current internationalization and localization processes, and design and build solutions as part of the Globalization Platform to empower scalable and efficient product globalization
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmap, and communicate it effectively to the team and stakeholders while ensuring excellent execution
• Strong product sense with an ability to envision new technology solutions that address internal user needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your products and support internal users to smoothly ship localized products and content
• Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
• Influence the technical decisions around standardization of Internationalization to provide cohesive and delightful local experience to customers (e.g. plurals/genders, ICU / CLDR integrations, bidi / RTL, i18n testing, best practices, etc.)
• Evangelize globalization and internationalization best practices to cross-functional stakeholders

What We Look For In You

• BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of product management, TPM, or software engineering experience
• Excel in breaking down complex problems and moving forward in the face of ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and communicate through data, also ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures

• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
• Action-oriented, dedicated self-starter
• Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations

  Okcoin Statement: The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $237,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
