About the Role:
Job Title: North America Regional Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director, Global Marketing
Location: Hybrid – based in the Chicago, IL.
The North America Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation and improving brand awareness in the region. You’ll lead a small but strategic team, execute targeted campaigns, manage trade show strategy, and work cross-functionally to influence commercial growth. Your role will be key in aligning regional marketing execution with global strategies, localizing content, and maximizing ROI on key initiatives.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Leading the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned with corporate objectives
- Managing regional tradeshow and event participation to boost brand visibility and lead generation
- Driving upper funnel strategies to increase brand awareness and share of voice
- Collaborating with sales, business development, and global marketing teams
- Analyzing market trends, campaign performance, and customer feedback to refine strategies
- Supporting strategic planning activities using insights from Voice of Customer and competitive data
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in campaign management and demand generation
- Proven experience in tradeshow planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and act on them
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Willingness to potential annual travel up to 15% as needed.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
