The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Professional Health Care Wrkr (PH RN3) within the Fulton County Board of Health in the Nursing & Clinical Services Division.

Examples of duties

Daily duties often include giving vaccines, conducting health screenings, educating patients, tracking infections diseases, coordinate care, documenting health records, and supporting community wellness programs. Assists with school health services, maternal and child health programs, and emergency response efforts while working closely with clinics, schools, and community organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
