Euronext N.V. is the leading pan-European stock exchange which, through its subsidiaries, organizes, operates and maintains the financial markets of Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Lisbon and London.
The Compliance department and Data Protection Team act as a support function, providing advice and assistance on behalf of the Euronext group. As part of its activities, the DPO team is looking for a trainee.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
In collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and the team, your tasks will be the following ones:
Update of the record of processing,
Assisting and monitoring the completion of privacy impact assessments for minor projects,
Validating contractual clauses relating to the protection of personal data,
Participation to awareness actions.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a final-year student on a 4/5-year degree course specialized in personal data protection, and you have some initial experience in a law firm or company in this area. You will also have a keen interest in financial markets.
Rigorous, organized, with excellent interpersonal and writing skills, you have a good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneTrust). Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. French will be appreciated.
