Job Description Summary

Lead and manage talent programs for Transamerica. These include, but not limited to, performance management, leadership events programming, and talent review strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Lead the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) strategy to foster a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive culture.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization wide performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and use of feedback mechanisms. 
  • Lead the talent review process for senior leadership positions including succession planning and establishing development plans. 
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of performance data, metrics, and engagement data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support global leadership development events and create local programming as assigned.
  • Develop and lead other talent programs to promote retention, diversity, promotion and succession of Transamerica’s talent.
  • Lead a team focused on developing and executing inclusion and diversity initiatives within the strategic pillars of workplace, workforce, and marketplace.
  • Review external benchmarking and analysis of engagement survey results to help define the Transamerica Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy and create measures for success.
  • Enhance the impact and visibility of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
