As part of our Global Sales and Services business unit, the HVM Project Coordinator / Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, analyzing operational data, and delivering insights that drive performance improvements across our Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
• Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for HVM initiatives, including resource planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• C Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., service logs, inventory systems, customer feedback) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI to support real-time decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to internal teams and leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for optimization.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for service-related issues using data-driven methodologies.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
