Our purpose is simple - to deliver a sustainable future for the world through science and collaboration. If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Over jou en de rol</p><p>We zijn op zoek naar een Senior Maintenance Contract Administrator binnen onze Technische Expertise en Support (TES) afdeling in Terneuzen, Nederland.</p><p></p><p>In deze rol fungeer je als een centraal punt voor Maintenance bij het bepalen van de strategieën van onderhoudscontractanten, het beheren van de servicecontracten en de interacties met vertegenwoordigers van servicecontractanten over zaken die betrekking hebben op een van de servicecontractanten.</p><p></p><p>Verantwoordelijkheden</p><ul><li>Controleert rekeningen en begrotingen van Unit Rate Contractor firma’s ten aanzien van: de juiste toepassing en interpretatie van de Unit Rate Contracten; de contract scope en meer- en minder werk. Bij het controleren van rekeningen zal je af en toe het veld in gaan om controles uit te voeren.</li><li>Neemt actie in geval van geconstateerde afwijkingen: afstemmen met opdrachtgever van bevindingen; communicatie met Unit Rate Contractor Firma’s voor verduidelijking van gevonden afwijkingen; rapporteert gevalideerde QS bevindingen.</li><li>Ondersteunt Maintenance stakeholders en Sourcing Specialisten bij de interpretatie, beoordeling en juiste toepassing van Unit Rate Contracten.</li><li>Geeft relevante input om Unit Rate codes actueel te houden. Dit betreft zowel onderhoud als verbeteringen.</li><li>Adviseert de afdeling inkoop aangaande contract interpretatie kwesties die zich voordoen op technisch, operationeel en commercieel gebied.</li></ul><p></p><p>Kwalificaties</p><ul><li>Minimaal een MBO-4 diploma</li><li>Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie</li><li>Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal en een goede basiskennis van de Engelse taal</li><li>Het hebben van sterke interpersoonlijke, faciliterende en organisatorische vaardigheden.</li><li>Het effectief samenwerken met meerdere functies en diverse individuen om doelen te bereiken.</li><li>Het demonstreren van uitstekende besluitvormingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om op de juiste manier prioriteiten te stellen.</li><li>Het effectief beheren van meerdere concurrerende prioriteiten.</li><li>Het hebben van sterke problem-solving skills</li></ul><p></p><p>Voorkeurskwalificaties</p><ul><li>SAP kennis en ervaring</li><li>Servicecontract kennis</li><li>Kennis omtrent het samenwerken met vendors</li><li>Goede kennis van Microsoft office; met name Excel</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Benefits – What Dow offers you </p><p>We invest in you. </p><p>Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.  You bring your background, talent and perspective to work every day.
