About the Work:
Revenue Operations supports the end-to-end revenue acquisition process across marketing, sales, conversions and growth to drive both new and recurring revenue. Our department provides analytics, information and insights, and reporting to the Growth Team and broader company. We are seeking exceptional candidates who flourish in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing our cross-functional B2B sales process. Additionally, you will lead and support strategic Revenue Operations projects that drive the company towards our revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of organizational, analytical and presentation skills that can be leveraged as the company grows and scales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional B2B sales process, driving group efforts to ensure revenue goals are achieved. This includes managing and updating the master project plan, running all internal coordination efforts, and reporting to leadership on progress and risks to plan.
- Identify ongoing opportunities for efficiencies and potential automation to enable the process to scale beyond its current capacity.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to identify business opportunities to drive data influenced decisions and improved outcomes.
- Leverage CRM data to understand the effectiveness of the Sales team’s activities and performance and propose real-time changes to impact active campaigns.
- Support the annual Sales budgeting process including forecasting. Oversee the annual compensation plan and lead meetings to review and propose compensation changes to ensure the Sales team’s alignment with company goals.
- Drive accurate project planning, coordination and targeted problem solving as it relates to market-based campaigns.
About you:
To succeed in the role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years experience in Project Management, Consulting, and/or Operations.
- Experience with Excel, Asana, and/or other project management tools.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Hands on experience with SQL and general database querying preferred.
- Ability to communicate it in a clear, engaging manner in-person or through various communication mediums.
- Proficiency presenting and sharing information in a polished, meaningful and actionable way.
- Experience establishing relationships and building trust with diverse cross-functional stakeholders groups and leaders.
- History developing and driving impactful processes that accommodate multiple dependencies, teams, and tight timelines.

Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
