Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social

As part of our rapidly growing Paid Marketing team collaborating with teams like product marketing, content creation, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing, you will draw on your keen analytical skills and attention to detail as a growth marketing manager, specializing in paid social channels. Your proficiency in platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging paid social platforms will be crucial in amplifying our paid social efforts in the AMER region and enhancing our top and mid-funnel activities for greater efficiency and achieving regional targets.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
- Develop, launch, and expand campaigns that drive growth efficiently in the AMER region.
- Enhance campaign performance by managing daily operations across various countries and languages, including budget and bid management, campaign construction, experimentation, and optimization.
- Lead and implement an expansion and experimentation strategy to deepen market insights.
- Share your insights and progress on channel performance across teams to discover new opportunities and enhance business impact.
- Drive the growth of our paid social program by proactively identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Make strategic investments in paid social initiatives for maximum marginal return.
- Foster robust relationships with vendors and internal teams to realize your program visions.
About you
- Proven record of scaling and refining large-scale paid social campaigns in the AMER market, with a deep understanding of its diverse seasonality.
- Track record of managing major paid social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn, and overseeing budgets over $10M.
- Deep understanding of incrementality testing and complex attribution models, including Geo-X, conversion and brand lift, and MMM.
- Familiarity with paid social management tools and strong expertise in data analysis and creative optimization.
- A data-driven approach underpinned by a comprehensive grasp of analytics, user funnels, and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience in collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate analytical insights to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to operate independently and proactively in ambiguous scenarios.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $146,000 - $186,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
