Foundation Labs Project Manager

Meta is seeking a forward thinking candidate to join the Foundation Labs team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager interfaces with partners and customers, and with engineers on our team, to manage intake and deployments in our lab spaces. Communication and technical aptitude are critical in this role. Operational efficiency is key, as is developing actionable strategy on how to scale Foundation Labs capacity (space/power/network). The Project Manager is a critical role in continuing to accelerate hardware development at Meta.
We move fast and are looking for a person who is motivated to find the most effective and efficient ways to solve complex problems within varied, small to hyper-scale environments.Foundation Labs Project Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with projects related to the broader labs strategy.
• Regularly interface with multiple cross-functional groups within Meta to ensure clear and consistent documentation of program requirements
• Maintain and develop relationships with external suppliers and internal partners to build a support network.
• Identify, onboard and support new lab stakeholders as technology evolves
• Willing to participate in a broad range of projects within the labs, as needed.
• Detail oriented communication and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
• Experience planning and leading projects
• Demonstrated track record of crafting clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate
• Experience in computer systems and picking-up new technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managing technical documentation and repositories

US$104,000/year to US$155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
