We are seeking a driven Senior Product Manager to own and advance our Medicaid member and provider experience capabilities. This is a hands-on role where you will define features, manage product backlogs, and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will facilitate feature grooming sessions across teams, define feature acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment on priorities.
Success requires deep curiosity about Medicaid operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities across state programs, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints. Ultimately, this role ensures that our Medicaid digital products ship on time, meet quality standards, and genuinely solve problems for the people who depend on them.
