<h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4>
<p>We empower our product teams to solve hard problems (customer and business problems) in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, comprised of a product manager, a product designer, an analyst, and several engineers.<br/><br/>As a product manager for the Web core team, you will collaborate closely with your designer and engineers to discover effective solutions and then work together to deliver those solutions to your users. You will be accountable for ensuring users use the solutions delivered and work within the business constraints.<br/><br/>Your work will be pivotal to shaping the future of Miro’s website. The technology and tools you will be responsible for cover a broad field, and you will have the opportunity to deliver impact on cross-functional and company-wide initiatives.</p>
<h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap to optimize the technology &amp; tools behind Miro’s website</li>
<li>Own the business and technical metrics for those experiences</li>
<li>Continually learn from your users, data, and the market to make data-informed decisions about opportunities and priorities</li>
<li>Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure alignment, execution, and high-quality launches through your use of data and logic</li>
<li>Be an expert in your domain and help teams across the organization to integrate new web technologies &amp; tools in their areas</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>6+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably building high-traffic SaaS websites</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences to achieve business results</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and leaders, and simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g. research, user feedback) to inform prioritization and decision-making</li>
<li>Familiarity with structured data and headless CMS platforms like Contentful</li>
<li>Enough technical fundamentals to work closely with your engineering counterparts on building platforms, APIs, infrastructure, and services at scale</li>
</ul>
