Role Description
The Center of Efficiency Lead operationalizes platform strategy through standardized configurations, reusable integrations, and optimized data flows, maximizing enterprise reuse and scalability. This role serves as the execution engine of the Veeva Platform Operating Model, focusing on cross-divisional efficiency rather than local optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead platform standardization, integration, and optimization initiatives
Collect and rationalize divisional backlogs and feature requests
Track record operationalizing platform strategy into reusable patterns and measurable reduction of duplication/rework.
Comfortable managing enterprise backlog rationalization conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders on “reuse-first” outcomes.
Maintain direct alignment with Veeva SMEs on roadmap and feature activation
Define data strategy, APIs, and integration patterns
Drive reuse of integrations and applications to eliminate duplication
Share best practices across domains and divisions
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data / Information Management or a related technical or scientific discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, IT, or the technology industry.
Master’s degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
