Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators &amp; Design Thinkers and help us to offer services that empower people to create technology that is invented for life.</p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Lead the standardization initiatives and the implementation of ESM around the world for Customer Master Data process;</li><li>Act as a consultant for worldwide operational MDM topics;</li><li>Act as a coordinator and coach for Senior and PEXs (Process Experts) community;</li><li>Lead the standardization initiatives and the implementation of ESM around the world for Customer Master Data process:</li><li>Leads requirements gathering and documentation of business requirements/specifications, and gains consensus on priorities for process improvements and resulting technology needs;</li><li>Initiate/guide business standardization, harmonization and change of processes across all master data regions / hubs;</li><li>Leads or sponsors process improvement initiatives and projects (all documented via Track and release);</li><li>Leads demands/project requests and change management processes for prioritization;</li><li>Lead the standardization initiative around the world for Customer Master Data, from forms, controls, fiends and content;</li><li>Creation and monitoring of a Performance Management tool;</li><li>Using Analytics, Automation and Workflow Tools (e.g. Power BI, Knime, Alteryx) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work;</li><li>Ensuring that projects'/initiatives' milestones are met by managing all aspects of the project/initiative, including design, development, implementation, and evaluation;</li><li>Act as a consultant for worldwide operational MDM topics:</li><li>Collaborate and Support the GPOs in all questions in relation with E2E operational processes;</li><li>Identify weak points and derive process adjustments for E2E process in the area of MDM in operations;</li><li>Involvement in different groups for definition of future operational Global MDM processes;</li><li>Creating and updating of procedures or instructions when necessary; One global DtP;</li><li>Support Idoc monitoring global initiative;</li><li>Act as a coordinator and coach for Senior and PEXs (Process Experts) community:</li><li>Facilitates user progression/knowledge exchange, ensures PEX and seniors are trained Continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance status and progress;</li><li>Support the resource sharing key initiative in order to create a global end to end support strategy.<br/>  </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong Master Data knowledge/ Project Management / Automation;</li><li>University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar;</li><li>High school Diploma;</li><li>Solid experience in Master Data Management, minimum 3 years;</li><li>Language: English B2 in writing and speech and/or another language;</li><li>Advanced knowledge in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA as a plus;</li><li>Ability to use BI and automation tools;</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Analytical skills and logical thinking;</li><li>High level of customer and service orientation;</li><li>Strong organizational and presentations skills</li><li>Experience in working in inter
