Job Description:

In this position as an Accounting Analyst (WCF), you will provide full-spectrum support across key financial business cycles within a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining data integrity, supporting audit readiness, and delivering reliable and timely financial reporting. The role also includes cross-functional system and process support within Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Budget-to-Report (B2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) domains. In this position, you will also:

  • Support Internal Controls, Compliance, and Financial Systems
  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Support Budget-to-Report (B2R)
  • Support Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Support Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
  • Provide Functional and Tier 1 System Support
  • Provide System Training Support
  • Provide Financial Reporting Support

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial role within a Working Capital Fund environment.
  • MBA, CPA, CGFM, or CDFM certification (10 years of relevant financial experience in lieu of MBA or certification requirement).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with federal financial systems such as Momentum, Oracle Federal Financials, or UFMS.
  • Understanding of OMB Circular A-11, DoD accounting requirements, and WCF operations.
  • Strong analytical and data reconciliation experience.

At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
