Junior Project Manager

<span>We're looking for a Project Manager who is confident to mix accounting and project management skills. <br/>The ideal candidate has expertise in branded content, influencer marketing, media partnership and on field activation.</span><span> </span><span>We think that a “roll up my sleeves” mindset is crucial to succeed with this opportunity, bringing together a significant range of disciplines you’ll need organization, patience and a great sense of humor (it helps, always).</span><span> </span><b><span>Main Activities</span></b><span>:</span><span> </span><span>- Manage actively the account(s) she/he has the responsibility, acting as point of contact both internally within the agency and client-side</span><span><br/></span><span>- Partner with the agency’s team (strategy, media, creative, events and production ) to develop and bring to life communication’s project actively coordinate all the involved practices</span><span><br/></span><span>- Own the overall project management, working on timing, scope of work and economic-related aspects (i.e. working as well with finance, administration, legal offices)</span><span><br/></span><span>- Manage timings, goals and client’s expectation accordingly to the specific project</span><span><br/></span><span>- Coordinate all the internal disciplines in order to deliver projects and provide support to the client’s challenges</span><span><br/><br/></span><span><span>What background we have in mind for this position:</span><span> </span></span><span>- Understanding of consumer attitudes, motivation and behavior</span><span> </span><span>- Ability to manage projects and conversations with a wide number or stakeholder with a different background (live comm, content, creative and production)</span><span> </span><span>- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, project management </span><span> </span><span>- Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines and stakeholder</span><span><br/></span><span>- team player</span><span><br/></span><span>- Proactive &amp; positive mindset</span><span> </span><span>- Fluent both in English and Italian</span><b><span>Location </span></b><span><span>  </span>Wpp Campus in Milan ( plus the option for hybrid working) </span><span><span> </span></span><span>We are proud to have a team made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
