Clearance: Active Secret (Top Secret/SCI Preferred, SAP eligibility a plus)
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Admin, MGMT, Political Science, or a related field
Experience: 3-10+ years of experience in a DoD or government contractor environment
OVERVIEW
Caribou Thunder is seeking a highly skilled Program Management professionals to support Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP), Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3), and other mission partners. These roles will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) across multiple current and future classified and unclassified space programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have experience in program management, acquisition, logistics, contracting, operations, and administration to support the Government throughout the life cycle of space weapon system programs. This opportunity is part of a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting critical space programs for the U.S. Space Force and mission partners.
1. Assist in managing program planning, execution, and risk management.
2. Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and acquisition documentation.
3. Conduct cost, schedule, and performance assessments.
4. Provide administrative support for contract execution and program tracking.
5. Assist in the preparation of acquisition strategies and milestone documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies, regulations, and best practices.
7. Maintain clearance requirements and adhere to security protocols.
SENIOR RESPONSIBILITIES
8. Lead program execution to support SSC/SZ-BC, BMC3, and mission partner objectives.
9. Oversee and coordinate cost, schedule, and technical performance.
10. Conduct risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure successful program delivery.
11. Lead and manage Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
12. Provide expertise in budgeting, contracting, logistics, and sustainment.
13. Develop strategic plans to optimize program effectiveness.
14. Coordinate with Government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission success.
