Senior Product Manager, Software Engineering Intelligence Platform

TeamUP is a big data Software Engineering Intelligence Platform built to help software delivery teams improve the way they work. The platform turns data from across the software development lifecycle, including code, user stories, pipelines and scanning tools, into insights and tools that help teams optimize delivery, quality and productivity.

Today, TeamUP supports more than 1,000 R&D teams in AT&T, helping them build and deliver products used by tens of millions of customers.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead meaningful product areas end to end. This includes understanding customer needs, defining product direction, working closely with Engineering and Design, and measuring the impact of what we build.

What you’ll own

• Define product strategy, goals and success metrics, not just features.
• Identify customer problems through research, product data, user feedback and AI-assisted insights.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to validate ideas quickly and turn them into clear product plans.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value, business impact, product metrics and technical feasibility.
• Use Generative AI as part of the product workflow, from discovery and documentation to experimentation and execution.
• Measure results, learn from data and feedback, and continuously improve the product.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, leading product areas end to end from discovery to delivery and measurement.
• Thinks in outcomes, not only in features or delivery.
• Use AI to work faster, smarter and more effectively.
• Knows how to simplify complex technical products and workflows.
• Has experience building products for developers, engineering teams or enterprise customers.
• Makes decisions based on data, customer feedback and product evidence.
• Can influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Has an academic background in a technical field.
• Has strong communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Has excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Is curious, proactive, hands-on and passionate about improving engineering productivity.
