The Senior Manager is a key role that supports Global Commercial Operations for the MONARCH business. We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented individual to lead key initiatives that support the US commercial organization with key elements of sales operations and global strategic expansion and serve as a business lead in broader J&J MedTech initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and sales leaders in the business and across MedTech to facilitate successful commercial activities for the MONARCH business and ensure policies and procedures align and complement each other.
Facilitates system risk assessments and provides insight regarding the assessment, selection, and integration of enabling resources and technologies including sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management systems, and pipeline management software.
Assess current global sales order management and CRM strategy and implement process improvements in line with J&J MedTech initiatives (i.e. Projects Butterfly and Transend).
Communicates direction for Business Systems Analysis processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborates cross-functionally to understand organizational needs, system and operational requirements, downstream system impacts, and legal compliance obligations.
Manage operational aspects of direct reports (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Ensures business systems and operations support delivery of business models and objectives.
Develop processes for working with other key stakeholders to utilize metrics to generate insights that help senior management and sales leaders identify and understand the business drivers of key accounts and sales trends and build accurate sales forecasts.
Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.

Education:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree within business, marketing, or relevant discipline is required. Advanced degree is preferred
