Background:
  • Education: law graduate
  • Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions
  • Languages: german proficiency, english or spanish required (B2 min)
  • IT: advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word

About the job:

TASKS:
  • Preparation of responses to supervisory authorities of claims and complaints submitted by clients
  • Manage the Banks position in the alternative dispute resolution procedures
  • Internal management of litigations affecting the Bank and coordination with external law firms
  • Supervision and legal support to the back office team dealing with clients' claims and complains
  • Legal support to the Banks internal functions in the management of audits and judicial investigations, foreclosures and seizure orders
  • Legal support in the management of clients' testamentary files
  • Preparation of periodic reports for corporate bodies and control functions in relation to the areas of competence
  • Monitoring the evolution of regulations and jurisprudence that may affect the areas of competence
