Disrepair Team Leader
Office Location dependant on location of successful applicant
£36,680 - £38,611 per year
35 hours per week
We have an opportunity for a Disrepair Team Leader to manage the Disrepair Assets Administrator Team to coordinate all the repairs resulting from Housing Condition Claims ensuring that appropriate and effective responses are put in place and that all documentation is dealt with in a timely fashion to minimise the financial impact of claims on the business.
The role of Disrepair Team Leader will include:
- Support the management, recruitment, performance management and development of the team, to ensure required skilled people are available to meet business needs for delivering high quality housing services
- Build, manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
- Provide regular reporting of team and supported regions performance to senior management to drive performance management
- Hold others to account to ensure the best service delivery for the Group and customers
Skills and experiences:
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Basic Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Ability to extract and interrogate data
- Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
- Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving license is essential
