This Position
The Financial Analyst – FP&A will support the FP&A Team with financial reporting, analytics, and KPI metrics. The position will assist in analyzing trends and analysis to provide executive level analysis along with insights to identify areas of improvement for the Business Leaders. The role will partner closely with Finance and Accounting Teams. The execution of this strategy will include projects to support the annual planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and several types of financial analysis for the company..
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with our team members to perform the following
- Assist in the development and maintenance of various models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly reporting packages to executives and business unit leaders
- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
- Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics
- Support annual budgeting process and financial forecasting process
- Assist in the continuous improvement, development, modification, and implementation of financial systems as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of progressive experience related to FP&A, corporate development, financial modeling, analysis, or strategy
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to seek out, identify, and make process improvements
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to work in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting
- Experience with Sage Intacct or SAP desired
