Working in the Commercial Business Systems our interns will get the opportunity to work on key activities surrounding our CRM platform and commercial tools. We will teach you business analysis, configuration and development skills specific to Sales and Marketing

Our Interns will be exposed to:

• Sale enablement tools and processes

• Software development lifecycle in the Sales and Marketing space

• Best in class digital and data analytics platforms

• Structuring large data sets to analyze information

• Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions

• Change Management and Communication Planning

• Requirements gathering with global Sales teams and Support functions

• Technical documentation (functional specifications, job aids, work instructions, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Working towards degree in Computer Science, Software, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field

• Business experience in the Sales and Marketing areas a plus

• Prior CRM, software / coding experience a plus

• Previous project experience (past internships, research, project teams, etc.)
