Physical Therapist

We are currently hiring for the position of Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their physical abilities and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals
• Administer a wide range of therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Utilize specialized equipment and modalities to facilitate the rehabilitation process
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy through continuous education

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in various physical therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
• Strong ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay Rate: $1,584-$1,656@36hrs weekly

Overtime: Would be discussed during interview

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of assignments: 13 weeks

Guarantee Hours: 36hrs

Time Scheduled: 08:00am-4:30pm

License Required:  NPTE

Certificate Required: BLS (AHA)
