International Graduate Program 2026

A 12-month rotational program with a tailored development plan
Workplace: Across Europe (1–3 locations during the first year; Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Austria, The Nordics, The Netherlands; final placement in Poland)
Contract type: Full-time, indefinite (UoP)
Start of recruitment: End of 2025 / Beginning of 2026
Target hiring date: 2026

then our International Graduate Program is a perfect match for you! Through this one-year fast-track management program, highly motivated graduates can discover the diversity of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group and its approach to commercial real estate operations. With 3 assignments in different teams and great international exposure, the program is tailored to push you out of your comfort zone and empower you to develop yourself to become a future leader.

Scope of duties – what makes the program unique?

• You have a unique entry point and 3 assignments in core business functions throughout the year, namely Investment (Asset) Management, Development, Performance Management, Leasing, Marketing or Shopping Center Management
• You get a chance to lead exciting projects, grow your talent and acquire new skills while receiving personalized career guidance from managers and your mentor
• You have high ownership and you are immediately entrusted with a high level of responsibility while working on business topics from Day 1
• You regularly meet, debate and present your ideas to the top executives and the Board of Directors
• You enjoy the numerous learning opportunities
• You work with highly committed people who are driven by passion and excellence

Are you the one we are looking for? We look for candidates with:

• Master degree from a top-ranked business school or program
• Enthusiasm, passion and drive for a career in Commercial Real Estate/Retail industry
• Advanced analytical thinking, communication and leadership skills
• A curious nature and keen to bring in own ideas and challenge the status quo
• Great ownership and project management skills
• First experience in working or studying abroad and strive for international working environment
• Fluent command of business-level English and Polish
