Associate Pit Crew Specialist

Mission Summary:

The Pit Crew Specialist will follow and carry out daily duties and responsibilities that align with the missions and goals established by management. These duties will include steps for maintaining and improving efficiency and speed while not sacrificing safety.

Due to the need for expanding coverage, candidates must be flexible on days/shifts.

The Motional Las Vegas office is located less than 10 miles from the Las Vegas strip at 730 E Pilot Road, the Las Vegas office is home to one of the largest fleets of self-driving vehicles. The city’s grid system of roads and being one of America’s “smart cities” allows for extensive research and development testing.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute orders both verbal and written for daily procedures
• Assist management with ideas for improvement based on observations and experience
• Collaborate and communicate with cross teams and team members
• Follow procedures and plans 
• Provide written reports that identify issues and solutions 
• Work with team members to ensure safety first with any task
• Present to groups of people that could include management and key  stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in the automotive industry or a fleet preferred
• Ability to present in front of small-medium groups
• Able to interact with touch-based presentations
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills
• Skilled in Microsoft/G-Suite applications including PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Doc
• Proficient with technology including computers, operating systems, phones, and applications
• Ability to learn new skills and new software quickly and efficiently
• Clear verbal and written communication skills 
• Demonstrated team player
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Practical applications and logistics of business processes
