Senior Accountant

Our headquarters are located in Helsinki and we have a regional office in Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively in English.

We're hiring a Senior Accountant for our team in Helsinki. You'll manage various financial tasks, providing valuable learning opportunities, have a high degree of autonomy, and report directly to our CFO.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare monthly accounts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow) and various reports
• Manage accounting operations while ensuring financial compliance
• Cash flow forecasting
• Project-based work and specialization in areas such as taxation
• Improve our processes and make them error-proof
• Analyse our performance and take initiative to improve our business

Requirements

Traits we look for:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong Excel and BI skills to work with large sets of data
• Problem-solving skills to deal with challenges you haven’t faced before
• Willingness to adapt to change and take risks
• Ability to be vulnerable
• Fluency in both written and speaking English is a must – We work with colleagues/business partners globally
• Have the right to work in Finland
