We’re seeking a passionate experienced leader to lead our Automation team and play a key role in expanding our automation footprint across our organization. You’ll be instrumental in driving our AIOps strategy by leveraging industry leading event correlation and automation best practices. This role offers wide-ranging exposure in a high-paced environment that provides you an opportunity to learn cutting-edge AIOps and Observability technologies. This leader will work closely with leaders within our L1, L2, L3 operational areas to help shift our organization left and drive optimizations and reductions of toil.

The Associate Director, Site Reliability Engineering coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Ensures proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Advance automation by overseeing automation team that is leveraging RPA and cognitive scripting tools. Ability to influence leaders on advancing our automation strategy in partnership with our strategic partners within SRE. Advance operational efficiencies within team to streamline automation processes across SRE. Ability to design and implement automation solutions based off of our SRE tower needs. Product Owner of Ignio, a cognitive machine learning platform that is leveraged for automation solutions within the SRE Org. Product Owner of BigPanda our enterprise correlation tool. Advance event correlation scope of BigPanda across L1, L2, L3 teams in our IT organization as event management strategy is implemented. Understanding of industry best practices for AIOps and event correlation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Automation scripting tools
• 6 or more years of technical experience
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Ownership experience
• Experience in AIOps
• Experience with Monitoring Observability tools - Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
• Event Correlation Platforms - BigPanda
• Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
• Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
• Six Sigma certification
• ITIL certification
• Automation Anywhere Experience
