This Raytheon Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) position supports the Strike Initiatives SSBU of Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS). The individual in this position will be responsible for the management of engineering and manufacturing material and labor efforts for a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will serve as a coordinator between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and the Program Office. This role requires direct engagements and coordination with Project/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Material Program Managers, Quality Engineering, Production Control, factory leadership, and external suppliers (through SCM). Additionally, this role will encompass Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties, which include assisting with the management of all costs, schedule, and technical execution aspects of the assigned program. Although this position does not involve a sales component, Earned Value Management metrics and Annual Operating Plan goals will be established. Success in this position will be measured by overall team cohesion and the ability to execute a well-communicated plan.
The Project Management Liaison will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of processes, metrics, and tools to ensure the successful execution and reporting of projects. This role will involve aiding the Program Operations Manager and the Supply Chain Management team in coordinating program control activities across various functions, thereby maximizing consistency and the implementation of best practices. Additionally, the Project Management Liaison will assist the Program Operations Manager and the Supply Chain Management team in meeting their respective proposal requirements.
**This is onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility.

What You Will Do:
- Lead coordination of cross functional teams supporting multiple contracts including engineering development and production efforts
- Lead coordination between Operations, Program Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful program execution through Earned Value Management techniques
- Assess and report contract scope, progress and quality of work for assigned control accounts, including risk and opportunity management efforts for the Operations and Supply Chain organizations.
- Prepare and submit monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) for assigned control accounts to support quarterly EAC reporting including development of test of reasonableness variance analysis
- Submits updates and changes to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), evaluates variances and manages corrective actions utilizing EVMS / IMS tools within the required monthly business cycle requirements.
- Responsible for the preparation of presentation material and supports the Operations and Supply Chain organization in critical program communication meetings such as the monthly critical path review, earned value review, Program Management Review (PMR) and EAC Reviews
- Coordinate with SCM and Operations to ensure engineering material meets appropriate property policy requirements and tracking for contractor acquired material (CAM)
- Usage of PRISM including ZCMR data/reports, MD04 and Breakpoint/Breakout tables
- Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items
- Will support the preparation of supplier and customer submitted work products including proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE), EVMS variance narratives, Statements of Work
