- Promote Organizational Effectiveness through ongoing performance management; organizational design, analysis, and implementation; change management; talent assessment; leadership development; and succession planning. You will facilitate team building and goal setting for the organization. You will build management capability through coaching and development, as well as self-service tools and technology. You will implement and manage critical talent management tools for compensation, performance, succession planning, and more. You will assist in coordinating large-scale organizational restructurings and reorganizations.
- Problem Resolution. You will provide counsel and direction and/or directly handle employee relations cases. You will coach and consult with managers and associates on performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. – interpreting and complying with all federal and state laws.
- Training. You will conduct and facilitate initial and reinforcement training with managers and associates on performance management, behavioral interviewing, change management, etc. You may also conduct or facilitate training relating to programs such as Diversity, Ethics, Harassment, Behavioral Interviewing, Leaders as Coaches, etc.
- Client and Business Support. You will identify and develop solutions for specific client needs, including compensation/job reevaluation projects; job/organizational function design; training/OD interventions to increase team effectiveness; improved communication within and across client organizations; etc. You will advocate for your assigned clients, surfacing significant systemic concerns and making recommendations for changes to company policies, practices, and/or procedures.
- Project Management. Lead the end-to-end planning execution, and delivery of strategic HR Initiatives.
- 10+ years of exempt generalist HR experience
- Proven track record of supporting innovative and forward-thinking talent strategies to drive business results and initiatives in an outsourcing or national size client environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead organizational initiatives and thorough knowledge of employee relations, employment, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Experience in coaching and advising associates at multiple levels, from front-line non-exempt associates to business leaders.
- Excellent organizational leadership, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven with the ability to use data to analyze results and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: the ability to articulate and sell a vision.
- Navigates complexity and thrives in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Positive, dynamic, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Critical thinking skills with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
- Ability to lead change management efforts and support leaders through change efforts.
- 5 - 7 years of HR management preferred
- HR Certification(s)
