But you’re also a people-person, a versatile team player who is capable of making your colleagues LOL.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong><br/></p><p><strong>In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients <br/></strong></p><ul> <li>Lead all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content</li> <li>Manage all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes</li> <li>Be the main point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase</li> <li>Monitor timelines and event budgets</li> <li>Develop, mentor and coach other team members</li> <li>Collaborate closely with a dedicated client team based in Switzerland and Spain</li> </ul><p><strong>Must haves</strong></p><p>(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)</p><ul> <li>8+ years of event project management experience in the <strong>pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry</strong></li> <li>Experience working in<strong> event agency</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of international <strong>p</strong><strong>harmaceutical &amp; healthcare</strong> regulations</li> <li>Excellent fluency in <strong>spoken and written</strong> <strong>English &amp; Italian, while Spanish will be considered a strong plus<br/></strong></li> <li>Extremely detail orientated and process driven</li> <li>Able to work independently and efficiently </li> <li>Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience</li> <li>Based remotely anywhere in Italy, with regular availability to travel for internal meetings and client events</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to haves</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital event platforms and delegate management tools</li> <li>Fluency in French (in addition to English and Italian)</li> </ul><p><strong>What we bring to the table</strong></p><ul> <li>A dynamic and inclusive company culture where we work really hard to have the right people doing the right job.
