The Humana Tech Chief of Staff office is seeking a Technology Advancement Professional to join their team. The Chief of Staff office partners with Tech leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and operational synchronization with organizational goals. The team provides comprehensive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), manages operational processes, engages stakeholders, stewards important relationships, and enables performance management across the Tech organization. Also, collaboration with Finance and Procurement for budget tracking and meeting cadence management is central to their work.
This is an in-person position in either Arlington, VA; New York, NY; or Louisville, KY and will require in-office work 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and provide support for Board, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Technology Leadership Team (TLT), and other executive-facing materials
Maintain and report on Tech Scorecard tracking and cadence
Prepare executive-level presentations that highlights data-drive challenges, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps
Support Tech Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure alignment to CIO expectations
Ensure all storytelling and materials reflect CIO priorities and executive alignment
Conduct “red team” analysis for strategic bets and initiatives
Assist with annual planning and CIO-driven, cross-tech, or enterprise ventures

Required Qualifications:
Must be available to work full-time starting in Summer 2026
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future
Must be a graduate of a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program, with an expected or past graduation date between Summer 2025 and Summer 2026
Must be located or willing to relocate to Arlington, VA; New York City, NY; or Louisville, KY or environs within commutable distance, and able to go into the office 2-3 days per week
