What are we looking for

A SD level person with an established track record of experience across the breadth of engineering (from definition to packaging) and state of the art EDA processes.
Ideally someone already known within the ADI Engineering Community

Qualifications
BSEE (or equivalent) + 20 years of experience, or MSEE (or equivalent) + 15 years of experience working in the power semiconductor industry.
10+ years’ experience developing commercially successful semiconductor products
3+ years' experience in researching and developing ML, AI technologies in silicon engineering
5+ years people management experience
Be abreast of latest technology trends in design, verification, validation with a keen eye toward automation
Business-aware, results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
Cross cultural awareness and ability to communicate/collaborate effectively in a global environment.
