Overview
The Agency of Education (AOE) is seeking a skilled administrative support person to fill the role of the Administrative Support Coordinator. The position works within the Agency's Finance Team and works with the Administrative Services Director. The Support Coordinator is responsible for a blend of administrative tasks and functions that support the Finance Team. There is a large focus on contracting, procurement, and buildings/service management. If you are detail oriented, organized, and work well with a variety of tasks and people, then we are looking for you.
After training, this position offers the option for a hybrid remote schedule at the discretion of the supervisor.

Environmental Factors
Duties are generally performed in a standard office setting but some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Some work outside of regular work schedule may be required. There may be periods of heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, human resources, public or business administration, or closely related field AND two (2) years or more of professional work experience managing business processes, program operations or fiscal management.
OR
Two years of full-time college coursework OR an associate's degree AND four (4) years or more of professional work experience managing business processes, program operations or fiscal management.
OR
Six (6) years or more of professional work experience managing business processes, program operations or fiscal management.
