Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Service Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of various departmental services and operations. You will work closely with different teams to gather data, develop reports, and recommend improvements to enhance overall productivity and service quality.Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to departmental operations. Create detailed reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing these processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing projects related to service delivery improvements. Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Performance Monitoring: Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for various services and operations. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and meet organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support service improvements.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new processes, tools, or systems introduced as part of service improvement initiatives.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or project management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Knowledge of service delivery processes and customer service best practices is a plusApply for this role
