Senior Functional Integrated Business Planning Analyst

Reporting to a Senior Manager, this individual contributor role will help provide strategic, analytical, and technical support for activities within the Integrated Business Planning team and the Supply Chain organization. This position leverages data to gain key insight into business opportunities, and effectively presents these insights to stakeholders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new IBP functionality and integrations with other enterprise systems such as SAP.

What you will do:

 

• Champion the use of the SAP-IBP planning system - maintain quality and completeness of data and provide user support for the planning system as well as collaboration & reporting tools
• Perform data analysis to extract knowledge or insight from structured or unstructured data
• Report metrics back to S&OP process owner, executives and the team to identify progress, root causes for correction or process improvement
• Work with business partners to understand requirements for data use and analysis
• Identify new opportunities to leverage data and to integrate data to enhance business value
• Translate business requirements into SAP IBP configuration
• Maintain master data integrity in IBP to support planning functions
• Provide Training and support for Planning Teams and IBP end users

What you will bring:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in supply chain or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 5+ years of related experience required, preferably in industry
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills to identify, scope & solve complex problems
• Aptitude to communicate complex concepts in an easy to understand way
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively interact with other core business functions
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions
• Experience with SAP-IBP / SAP would be an asset

 

Compensation & Benefits:
