About the role

The Senior Associate Consultant role is a key client-facing position focused on developing and delivering gold-standard solutions across multiple industries. In this role, you will hone your technical and communication skills while owning critical workstreams within larger consulting engagements. You'll be responsible for developing high-quality deliverable content, managing project and change plans, presenting to key stakeholders, and facilitating client discussions. This position offers significant opportunities to lead workshop sessions, manage junior team members, and drive tangible results for our clients while building expertise in specific industries or functional areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage dedicated workstreams within larger consulting projects

  • Design and develop client-ready deliverables to gold-standard quality

  • Lead workshop sessions with client working teams

  • Manage project and change plans independently

  • Structure and analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions

  • Integrate digital thinking into project solutions; demonstrate digital curiosity in exploring new tools and technologies

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction

  • Present effectively to key stakeholders; facilitate meetings and strategic discussions; present complex analyses in clear, actionable formats

  • Support proposal development; identity new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree required (preferred in Business, Engineering, Economics, Organizational Development, or related field)

  • Preferred 3-5 years of professional consulting; preferred PMP or Change Management certification

  • Demonstrated project and/or change management experience

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present in a manner that is concise and engaging

  • Highly motivated and results oriented

  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

  • 25% to 50% travel within the United States
