As a Clinical Education Specialist, you take pride in training clinicians on the use, adoption and optimization of Baxter Infusion Therapy products at customer sites across the country. Your clinical understanding of our deep portfolio of infusion pumps, syringe pumps, accessories and software upgrades and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their patient and organizational needs. You enjoy being on location leading classroom training to supporting go-live on clinical units and are actively building relationships, and establishing trust with the Nursing and Physician decision-makers for staff who use Baxter solutions every day.

What you'll be doing:
- Effectively executing clinical implementation and integration tasks at key Baxter customers
- Building or deepening customer relationships with customer clinical staff and nursing educators at targeted healthcare facilities and healthcare systems applying a consultative approach
- Having a steadfast focus on safe and effective use of infusion pump technology, clinical change management, and product expertise
- Maintaining expert knowledge of Baxter’s Infusion Therapy products and integrated solutions and ensuring quality and integrity in implementations using the Universal Implementation Process and in-service scripts
- Supervising and delivering product training and integration objectives for new and existing customers through defined, multi-phased implementation processes, access to eLearning, on-site training, use of collateral training material, and consistent follow-up
- Appling education, product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solving problems while ensuring adoption of new technology
What you'll bring:
- BS degree (Nursing/Business) with 3 + years in-depth clinical nursing experience, Critical Care or Specialty area preferred with in-depth knowledge of I.V. therapy. Active RN license, or equivalent experience
- Excellent clinical education/in-servicing skills with experience implementing products
- Outstanding communication, presentation skills, and professional presence
- Ability to work independently and in constantly evolving environments with time management proficiency. Has flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity with strong process orientation
- High comfort level with technology and nursing informatics concepts
- Ability to travel up to 80% and based within an hour of a major/international airport. Must possess a valid Driver's License and may be required to be available 24 x 7 via phone or text

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000-$121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
