What You’ll Do: 

Database Coordinator will support and lead at times in the development, maintenance and reporting of all data relating to guests attending On Location events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for client queries and data changes, pre-event and on site

  • Using On Location database, manage data and produce regular reports for clients, service providers and client teams

  • Develop and manage professional working relationships with the client, service providers and Client teams to ensure clear and open lines of communication

  • Communication with all relevant parties any data changes as necessary

  • Production of guest correspondence, adhering to client & On Location guidelines

  • Manage client queries in a prompt and professional manner

  • Manage the distribution of regular operational reports

  • Assist in the training of event time staff

  • Adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other event location Data Regulations

You Have These: 

In order to perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience managing guest registration and credentialing for large-scale global events or hospitality programs.

  • Experience with registration systems and databases

  • Experience in managing a cross-cultural team of event professionals

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)

  • Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided in order to meet deadlines

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing

Working Conditions: 

  • Fixed Term Position – Paris

  • Working hours are:  9-5

  • Working days are: 5

  • Travel: May be required
