What you will do

The Senior Manager Quality Excellence, North America is responsible for driving execution of strategic programs and initiatives for elevating Quality capabilities in the region (systems, process & people). The Senior Manager will collaborate end-to-end across all North America Quality pillars and sites, and with key cross-functional North America & Global business partners and local Quality Excellence to lead the delivery of strategic organizational objectives & initiatives. As a leader Regional Quality Excellence and portfolio & project management, provides the strategic framework and oversight of implementation tactics to achieve organization goals. This position requires ability to manage multiple priorities and different types of projects (e.g., simplification, standardization, optimization) in areas such as: processes, performance management, Kenvue Operational Excellence, digitization, capability-building, engagement, reliability & more!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives in North America, driving and guiding continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality excellence across all functions using process excellence, Kenvue Operational Excellence & other methodologies to meet quality objectives.
  • Manage centralized portfolio of projects using Smartsheet, PowerBI & other tools.
  • Lead E2E performance management reviews including coordination of reporting and act as liaison between region and Global Quality on metrics.
  • Drive development of and track cost improvement and value creation pipeline.
  • Elevate quality capabilities in the region including activities such as mentoring, coaching and training others in the areas of project management, process excellence and others to enhance the organization’s technical and business skills and to enable standardization and driving of improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for specialized areas with the support of directors and managers to achieve business objectives, for example digitization, optimization, etc.
  • Develop and deliver executive presentations and reports to support initiatives when needed and support development and maintenance of new tools (e.g., PBi Dashboards).
  • Provide strategic direction for the quality organizational structure and functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementation of quality systems.
  • Support OKR & strategic roadmap development keeping business impact & value in mind.
  • Support governance, engagement & community forums and activities through coordination (e.g., agendas, speakers, venue/travel arrangements, presentations, communications). Examples include: all-employee staff meetings, LT F2F Meetings, site networking events, QEx network.
  • Offer advanced technical expertise and guidance on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to quality system design and statistical applications.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain readiness for audits and inspections.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality or Supply Chain management or related functions
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Strong knowledge of quality management sy
