Reporting to the EVP, Operations, you will play a critical role in enabling scale, improving cost and supply continuity, and ensuring sourcing decisions support product innovation and operational excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to help shape how Axon grows.</p> <h2 class="mt-6 mb-2 font-semibold text-2xl" data-streamdown="heading-2">What You’ll Do</h2> <h3 class="mt-6 mb-2 font-semibold text-xl" data-streamdown="heading-3">Sourcing Strategy & Execution</h3> <ul class="list-inside list-disc whitespace-normal [li_&]:pl-6" data-streamdown="unordered-list"> <li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Set and execute the overall strategic sourcing strategy across all commodity groups, aligning sourcing decisions to corporate objectives, product roadmaps, and cost targets</li> <li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Develop, maintain, and present commodity and category strategies on a quarterly cadence, expanding coverage as new capabilities are introduced, including robotics, radar, long-range optics, and trailers</li> <li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Lead RFx processes, competitive bidding, and should-cost analysis in partnership with R&D to establish procurement target costs throughout the product development lifecycle</li> <li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Drive annual net cost savings programs and deliver meaningful realized savings through negotiation, specification optimization, and supply base rationalization</li> </ul> <h3 class="mt-6 mb-2 font-semibold text-xl" data-stream
