Ovation Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Service that is a licensed Registered Nurse who supports the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing the clinical operations of Chai Point. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and adherence to best clinical practices. The ADCS serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource to nursing staff while promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing all clinical services to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care.
Participate in resident assessments, service plan development, and ongoing evaluations.
Support the scheduling, supervision, coaching, and evaluation of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and RAs.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and policies.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coverage to meet resident care needs.
Address resident and family concerns related to clinical care in collaboration with the Director.

QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, memory care or home care.

Prior supervisory or management experience (Preferred).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licenses & Certifications: Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin

Other: Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.

Read, write and speak the English language.
