System Integrator (Einfochips Inc.)

Job Description:

What You Will Do:

• Ensure all project development activities are executed on time, meeting defined cost, quality, and performance targets in alignment with project plans.

• Take ownership of system-level trade-offs involving design, cost, quality, and timelines, ensuring sound technical decisions for issue resolution within defined project and product guardrails.

• Lead and facilitate technical design reviews, collaborating with subsystem teams, V&V strategists, project leaders, and architecture SMEs to ensure alignment with architectural and product guidelines.

• Drive end-to-end system validation using predictive validation methodologies across concept, design, and product validation phases.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure project execution excellence and adherence to engineering standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years in system integration, product validation & verification, and root cause analysis.

• At least 2+ years in project management and project risk tracking.

• Minimum 1+ year managing supplier part change notifications.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.

• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality and timely delivery.

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$60,900.00 - $99,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
