Job Description

As a Business Transformation Lead, you will be a Partner to the Commercial and Marketing stakeholders while working on the Business Systems Team.

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to improve the systems and processes involved in their day-to-day work.
• Lead discussions to get an understanding of upcoming changes and strategic goals for Commercial and Marketing
• Identify obstacles proactively and develop solutions to prevent and/or overcome these scenarios.
• Drive projects that prioritise data quality and process efficiency
• Display expertise in Commercial and Marketing subject matter and technical knowledge of the related systems
• Gather requirements for upcoming changes and work closely with development teams to plan the delivery of requests.
• Plan changes in Dynamics 365 and work with the Development Team
• Act as Scrum Master on the CRM Scrum Team
• Assist the CRM Scrum Team with Dynamics 365 development and changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Commercial Systems (HubSpot and ZoomInfo) and Commercial Processes
• Experience developing CRM solutions (Dynamics 365) or other commercial systems such as Salesforce
• Experience in managing Commercial Systems or systems including Commerical Systems 
• Awareness/familiarity with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong time management skills and experience in project management (Scrum/Agile)
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail
