Part-time Customer Care Associate, Overnight

The Customer Care Associate supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to customer needs. This position is the front line of support for our customers, helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with their parking experience.    Benefit Information:

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

Essential Functions:

• Respond to calls for assistance via an intercom system and telephone
• Work with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Bring new ideas and positive energy
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar position preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, handle high pressure situations, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure.
• Is able to de-escalate situations over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Schedule:

• Night Shift - 6am - 6pm
• Saturday and Sunday
