Senior Commercial Manager Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) will manage and be the focal point for the NA region to lead the commercial function and product portfolio ANH. Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales and marketing to determine budget (target) proposal based on market dynamics, divisional volume expectations and expected contractual obligations.  Work with local sales force to secure constant updated pricing from competition to use in pricing decisions.
• Interface with supply chain to assure adequate inventory of key ingredients to meet revenue targets while balancing corporate requirements.
• Forecast (APO) product needs and communicate changes with global product management and planning to aid in production budget development.  Monitor accuracy of forecast and adjust as necessary to ensure continual improvement.
• Prepare periodic management updates regarding market share, competitive pricing, business projections and account activities.
• Liaison with global product and commercial management as well as global production planners to represent the area and industry supply needs.
• Maintain all premix master data and cost information, both market and customer specific, to ensure accurate and competitive offers.

You bring

 

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the feed industry or equivalent work experience in sales/marketing in a related industry
• Strong organizational, conceptual, analytical and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of animal nutrition & health and experience in working in matrix organizations
• Drive for results with an ability to prepare and present marketing and sales plans to large audiences
• Extensive knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
