WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

· Ensure inventory is properly accounted for.

· Take physical inventory and ensure proper inventory levels.

· Move materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.

· Sorts and places parts and packages on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as part number, locations etc.

· Help direct the work of other warehouse coordinators.

· Manage warehouse processes and recommend improvement areas.

· Fills or pulls orders, or requests for parts, and packages parts and orders as appropriate. Pre-pare orders for shipping.

· Process and ship packages via multiple shipping vendors.

· Handles routine maintenance in warehouse.

· Unloads materials, packages and parts from delivering trucks.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Enter necessary data for shipping, receiving and the first stage of repair into SAP.

· Ensure cleanliness and safe work environment.

· Partners and coordinates with other team members to proactively recommend solutions and ideas.
 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educa-tion and experience.

· The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving me-chanical parts and high, precarious places.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and E-mail, utilize SAP as needed to perform role.

· Must work well in a team environment

· Great organization and time management skills

· Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to be part of a high-performing team.
