Do you dream in color palettes and memes? Do you know how to pronounce GIF (and have very strong opinions about it)? Does kerning keep you up at night? If so, you just might be the Graphic Designer we're looking for.

OnLogic is on the hunt for a visually-obsessed creative Graphic Designer  to join our high-energy marketing team in the South Burlington, Vermont office. We're not just building computers; we're building a brand, and we need your design wizardry to take it to the next level.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Brand Magic: Collaborate with our global team to ensure our brand shines consistently across all platforms. Think of yourself as the keeper of the visual flame. 🔥
• Digital Fireworks: Design eye-catching digital ads for display and social channels that stop thumbs in their tracks.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals for social media, blogs, product spec sheets, and even those (sometimes dry) manuals. Make them pop! ✨
• Product Realism: Create photorealistic product mock-ups that make our custom-branded products look good enough to touch (even though they're digital). 🪄
• Ecommerce Eye Candy: Capture stunning product photos that make our ecommerce store irresistible. 📸

Requirements

• You have an eye for the small details, and can adhere to brand standards.
• You can provide a portfolio of graphic design work, including print layouts, digital ad graphics, and artwork designed to engage an audience on social media.
• You know how to effectively manage priorities to simultaneously hit deadlines for projects.
• You can provide examples of times when you have creatively solved problems to drive increased engagement with a brand.
• You are quick to learn new skills to meet the design needs of an agile business.
• You have the ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Who we're looking for:

• A junior designer looking to accelerate their career growth through an in-office role at a fast paced performance company.
• A broad design skill set with particular strengths in graphic design.
• An in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, with strengths in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Foundational knowledge of digital advertising.
• A driving force on a team, presenting new ideas and seeing them through to completion.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. We determine final compensation
