The Role:
Linktree is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager of Paid Marketing to join our dynamic team. The Senior Manager of Paid Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving growth and increasing brand visibility through strategic paid advertising campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement innovative paid marketing strategies to achieve Linktree's growth objectives, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, from strategy development and budget allocation to execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices in paid advertising.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Analytics, to align paid marketing initiatives with overall business goals and product roadmap.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve targeting, maximize ROI, and scale paid marketing efforts effectively.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in paid advertising to continuously innovate and adapt strategies accordingly.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing paid marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
Extensive experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and execute complex marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a team of marketing professionals.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and achieving ambitious targets.
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Deep bias towards analytics and measurement, and extensive experience with having your work measured against or towards revenue-related goals
Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $155,000-$200,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
